A Canarsie, Brooklyn native, Andres Francis began his journey at Underdog Strategies as a political canvasser. Over time, Andres expanded his role across multiple facets of the organization, gaining hands-on experience in phone banking, field canvassing, lead management, data quality control, and client reporting.

Today, Andres serves as the Head of Data Analytics. Leading the data team, Andres oversees incoming lead reviews, data integrity, record management, and client reporting. His background bridging frontline fieldwork and back-end data operations gives Andres a comprehensive understanding of how information flows from initial family interactions to final client deliverables. Andres is committed to building reliable data systems that bridge the gap between grassroots organizing and strategic decision-making.

Outside of his professional life, Andres enjoys baking, spending time with friends, and exploring new sights.
