Aslyn is an operations and strategy leader with more than 12 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations build the people, systems, and infrastructure needed to grow and thrive. Throughout her career, she has been known for bringing clarity to complexity, developing solutions that strengthen teams, improve execution, and allow organizations to scale without losing sight of their mission.

Before joining Underdog Strategies, Aslyn spent more than a decade at KIPP NYC, where she served in several leadership roles, most recently as Senior Director of Operations and a member of the senior leadership team. She oversaw operations across two campuses serving more than 2,200 students and 250 staff members, leading work that spanned strategic planning, organizational development, budgeting, facilities, enrollment, compliance, project management, and organizational change.

As Director of Operations & Strategic Growth at Underdog Strategies, Aslyn partners with the organization’s founders to strengthen internal operations, develop talent, improve cross-functional collaboration, and build scalable systems that support the company’s continued growth. She is passionate about creating clear processes, cultivating strong leaders, and ensuring teams have the structure and support they need to do their best work.

Aslyn believes great operations are ultimately about people. Her leadership is grounded in transparency, accountability, and empathy, and she fosters environments where challenges are addressed early, collaboration is valued, and continuous improvement is part of the culture.

Driven by a deep commitment to educational equity and community impact, Aslyn is inspired by organizations that create meaningful opportunities for students and families. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places with her husband, their two children, and their many beloved pets.
